Confidentiality / Privacy Policy
We collect information from you when you make a purchase from us and so that we can stay in touch with you to support the dogs in our care. We will not knowingly disclose this information to any third party. When you pay for goods and services, we do not collect or store your credit or payment card details, nor do we have access to your financial information.
More information about our use of data, and what we do with it, is outlined in the section below: Use of Data.
Use of data
The Nose Knows provides dog-related services. Customers pay for these services after they have been delivered, and an invoice is issued accordingly.
We need to collect sufficient information to invoice our customers and to send these invoices by post or email at the time of billing.
Without the ability to invoice and communicate with our customers to answer questions, and provide support, we cannot operate or trade as a business.
Invoices are usually addressed to an individual. Customer information is stored within Zoho Online, which is provided by Zoho. Customer data entered into Zoho is received by phone, email, or in person.
Customer information includes:
Name, first line of address, second line of address, third line of address, town, county, and postcode. We also hold telephone numbers and email addresses because we need to communicate with our customers during the services we provide. We also require this information to offer ongoing support and maintain contact.
We do not charge for advice, and our customers may request advice at any time.
We occasionally need to send notifications or contact our customers to issue important updates or provide essential information related to the services we offer.
We respond to support requests via email, phone, social media, or WhatsApp.
At this time, as a matter of policy, we do not engage in direct marketing, nor do we send marketing mailshots to our clients.
